Members receive a 25% discount on all space rentals. 

Tag with "The Collective Co." logo in peach and cream colors.

weekdays $300: 

Rate Available: Monday - Friday from 6pm - 10pm

Includes: 3 hours of setup, teardown and event time

Need more time? Add $75 per additional hour.

weekends $400: 

Rate Available: Saturday - Sunday, 9am - 10pm

Includes: 4 hours of setup, teardown and event time

frequently asked questions

  • Yes! Our private event venue does not have any catering restrictions, so you are welcome to bring in outside food and drinks. We also have many wonderful local caterers and options. Please email us and we are happy to send our list of recommendations along.

  • For larger parties, the town of Scituate, MA requires a licensed bartender. Please email us with any questions.

  • Our event venue can accommodate up to 50 people depending on the style of your event.

  • Our event venue is setup with long tables and chairs that can seat up to 14 people for a plated meal. We have additional counter seating and bistro table seating that fits 20+. Please see photos above to see how the space is setup complete with furniture.

  • Be sure to fill out our Rental Form on this page, so we can begin the booking process with you to reserve our private event venue. Your date is officially secured after you sign the rental agreement and pay a 50% deposit. The remaining payment is due one week before your event. We only book one event per day.

  • Yes! We love seeing how you transform our event venue for your special event. The only restrictions we have is no confetti and no red wine. Our venue is already beautifully decorated if you’re looking for a space that needs minimal decorations.

  • Yes, we have a Sonos speaker that is connected to our iPad at reception. Feel free to use our Spotify to choose music of your liking.

  • No, The Collective Co. is open for our coworking members during weekday hours. Our private event venue is only available to rent on weekday evenings starting at 6:00 PM.

  • Yes! All event bookings with food require a cleaning fee of $130. This goes directly to our cleaning staff.

  • Yes! Our adorable CC bar cart can be added onto any in space rental for $100 depending on availability.
